By default, we leave wood chips in the hole. They make excellent fill and decompose over time. If you prefer, we can remove the chips and backfill with topsoil for an additional charge.
Yes. We have different size grinders for different situations. If a standard grinder can't access the area, we have smaller equipment for tight spots between buildings, fences, and landscaping.
Grinding removes the stump but not all roots. Some trees may send up sprouts from remaining roots. Treating the stump area can prevent regrowth, or sprouts can be mowed down until the roots exhaust their energy.
